We are always ready to solve the problems with the order that have arisen through our fault. By placing an order in our store, you agree to the solutions proposed here.

If we find that a part is missing prior to shipment, we will let you know. We can replace the part if you answer our message before ordering. If you want to cancel an order due to missing an important part, we will accommodate you. If we do not receive a response from you, we will refund within 7 business days.

We will offer you one of the options for solving the problem:
- return of double the cost of the part
- add the missing part to your next order, if we have it in stock
- another solution to the situation by agreement (in case of expensive mistakes)
